Best Mongolian BBQ in Santa Clara

Last year, we were able to eat here 12 times and get a free meal which we ate the week after Christmas.  Considering this is an all you can eat place and also considering the amount of food that we ate over the holidays, it was definitely painful but we only had until the end of the year to cash in.  This year, we decided to go to El Camino Mongolian BBQ once every few months as the "challenge" of eating here 12 times in a year is no longer as enticing.

However we still come here every few months to enjoy their great food.  For those of you who have never been to El Camino Mongolian BBQ or anything similar to it such as Great Kahn's Mongolian BBQ which is available in a lot of mall food courts now, here's a quick over view on how it works.

1) You fill a bowl full of veggies/noodles and another bowl full of meat - some places have you put everything in the same bowl

2) Once both bowls are filled to the brim, you add sauces to it.  There's bbq sauce, soy sauce, curry sauce, garlic, hot oil, oyster sauce, etc.

3) Now you give it to the Mongolian BBQ chef and he/she grills it on this huge platter.

4) Once it's done, you're ready to eat.

There's usually a line as you wait to fill your bowl and have your food cooked but it's well worth it.  At El Camino Mongolian BBQ, there's sides that you can choose from too.  The fried chicken and egg rolls are the best.   So if you haven't tried this type food, be sure to give it a try.
